January is over, shit felt like a long month, im happy.
I’ll tell you how to slow down time so that you can live the same amount of time as everyone else, but longer.
When you are having a good time, you feel time zoomed past you.
like, playing video games, watching reels etc.
When you are having a hard time, you feel time has slowed down like a snail.
like, doing a one minute plank.
We are going to strip this very core principle of time manipulation to our will.
We are going to do things which are borderline easy yet hard, achieveable yet challenging.
So basically,
If you are in the gym, go for that slight heavier weight, when you are reading a book, read extra 5 pages, sit with your thoughts for 10 minutes, go for a walk even though you don’t feel like it.
two birds, one stone.
you live more in the same amount of time than others, we know this, becuase you now had more “experiences“ in the same time than the other person did.
and, you achieved something which makes you bit better than before.
Now some people will ask -
“So does this mean i have to constantly suffer “
yes and no?
And this state of “achieveable yet challenging“ helps you achieve flow state, which is quite enjoyable.
too complicated to explain, how about you just do this and shut up.
